And how do you train so you can do the first two exercises?
You ignore that people might not be able to bend their legs like that.
Please show some exercises that train people to do that, thank you very much.
Start by limiting your range of motion and not going down as far and using less weight. You can always do static lunges to build strength. If even that is too hard just limit your range of motion until you are able to bend your knee 90 degrees.
Are these exercises good for your knees? I’ve heard squats are not good for the knees. Is that true?

Based on a lot of the research that I’ve read, squats won’t hurt your knees unless you do them incorrectly. There’s a video that shows how to do squats correctly to prevent injury. Hope that helps

well Alysha123hotie despite what commercials say u cant really pick where u want fat 2 leave ur body. its the bodies choice of how it drops the weight..best thing to do is cardio plus strength training because then u will burn fat and gain tone. hope that helps
