How can I lose weight quickly without exercise?

I have COPD and cannot exercise without getting short of breath. I don’t eat abnormal amounts of food, I don’t drink beer excessively yet I am still overweight. How can I lose weight?? Please Help. Definite 10 points for the best answer!

Treadmills and other cardio machines actually show a person how many calories they burn, however how many calories do things like lifting weights, ab workouts and other strength training exercises burn? And a quick side question, a lot of weight loss programs like weight watchers and such base everything off of points, what is the difference between doing that and just cutting calories? I weigh 420 lbs and am taking steps to lose this weight before I die of a heart attack or something. I plan to weigh 200 lbs by August. However, I am very concerned with sagging skins and breasts. I realize I will probably need some surgery, but I was hoping to give my skin a little help to avoid surgery as much as possible. What have some of you tried to avoid the major sagging skin that comes with major weight loss? Thank you all!

I am trying desperately to lose weight. I’m 18 and have struggled with weight all my life. I would love to lose about 130 and need to do so in order to be healty. I have tried every diet in the past from low carb, to low cal and fat. I do not eat much and gain a lot more weight than what I take in. I am one string from giving up and I am desperate. I am going to give another try to weight loss and this time I am planning to use a supplement to assist me. I am also considering doing the hollywood diet on the weekends to help.
