I have a photoshoot coming up in about 10 days. I don’t care if it’s healthy or not, I just need to slim down a bit, and shed hopefully about 5-10 pounds. Don’t leave responses about healthy lifestyles, because this is just an urgent question, I know how to take care of myself. I just need to lose some pounds before the shoot. Fast weight loss is unhealthy because it can slow your metabolism and it will make you start burning muscle (from what I understand so far).

I usually work out an hour a day. For breakfast I eat fresh fruits and oatmeal. For lunch I usually eat on the healthy side of our Dfac. I hate burgers and fries and such so I dont eat fast food. Between lunch and dinner i might have a granola bar to eat. I eat dinner no later that 6:30pm. After that I usually eat an apple or two before bed. I think this is genetics but Im trying to override it

I’m a 21 year old male, I’m 5′11" and weigh around 13 and a half stone (188 pounds). I want to lose some weight quickly.
